Each year INSEAD selects a limited number of talented applicants who have a strong educational background, and the creativity and determination necessary to become a scholar in management.
The Admission process is very selective – only about 5% of applicants are selected, based on intellectual capability, curiosity and energy. 15-18 students are admitted to the programme per year with full financial support for 5 years. If we admit you to our programme, it is because we believe you have the talent, background and drive to complete the programme successfully.

The completed application for admission to the PhD programme includes:
– The application form (including a statement of purpose)
– E-copies of certified copies of all college or university diplomas unless the worth of the degree is specified on the final official transcript
– E-copies of official academic transcripts of studies leading to the above diplomas
– E-copies of GMAT or GRE score report

The full tuition fees waiver covers 30,000 € per year for years one and two, and 5,000 € per year of dissertation fees, after admission to candidacy until graduation. For the September 2014 intake, students will receive 20,000 € of stipend for a full year of study in France and 36,000 SGD for a full year of study in Singapore, a research budget that averages 2,000 € per year in France and 4,000 SGD in Singapore, and health insurance coverage.
